Lovely cookery day at Kenton Hall – South Indian Cookery with Padmaja.

Learned some yummy new recipes from Paddi and even had some left over to take home! Things like Coconut rice, Bombay potatoes, Beans Poriyal, Chicken Curry and Lentils with chilli and coriander. Paddi also used this yummy spice on the poppadums we ate for lunch called chunky chat, they definitely elevate poppadums to whole new level of taste! Also it was the first time I had grated carrot in my Raita and it was really delicious!

Had a fab few days working for the Austrian Chamber of Commerce at the Ecobuild. Here are a couple of shots of the ExCel Exhibition Centre and the exhibitors. If you are looking for a ground source heat pump, solar panels, triple glazed windows or a pellet burner the Austrian Pavillion had them all. @ATC_London

Marie, Eve, Yitka and I had a fantastic time at the Rags to Ritches fashion show at Hadleigh Football Club on Friday. Got some really nice clothes at a bargain price and raised some money for St Helena Hospice at the same time. Got a beautiful dress for £3.50!

Thank you to Margaret from Fleming Marvellous for inviting us over, really great advice you gave us on the night on how to dress for ones shape, will definitely be applying those tips in the future!

Was invited to a really fun evening in aid of the Women for Women Charity, kindly hosted by Lesley and supporting Mary & Ann who are going to be cycling round China next year. They have to raise 3500 pounds each and then have 4.5 days to cycle 450km through China. Very noble task and I wish them all the best with their fundraising, they have until next May to train and get the funds together. Lots of local businesses like the bodyshop, Ann Summers, Natural Therapies, Elysium Beauty, Darcy B’s little mermaid, The Pampered chef set up shop at Lesley’s house and sold stuff like jewellery, jam & cakes,  clothes, scarves and kitchen goodies, you could also get your nails done or have a massage. Fantastic evening and a raffle was held at the end with some gorgeous prizes like Chanel sunglasses, a clothes voucher, body shop treats and yoga and fitness classes.

Had a fab time photographing the ARC Dinner on the 4th November at the Grange City Hotel in the city. First time working with lovely Leslie-Ann from AMS (Reinsurance) Services Ltd and Helen Oldfield from Affinity PR. Thanks to Helen for helping me lug my equipment around and setting up. Beautiful Venue in the Grange City, with a very large Ball room and funky lighting and right next to the Tower of London. Managed to get some head shots on white background done at the same time which was much appreciated.
